First time baking with my niece and nephew and of course we have to bake something that is healthy, gut friendly yet tasty! They absolutely loved the cookies and finished a few in one go!
Try this with your kiddos hehe🤍✨🍌
Ingredients:
60g oat flour
60g cake flour
1 medium sized banana, smashed
10g granulated sugar (optional)
3g baking powder
A pinch of salt
70g peanut butter (using pb2 here)
A handful of peanut butter chips/ chocolate chips
Steps;
Smash the banana and add in the peanut butter. Mix well.
Add in the oat flour, cake flour, sugar and salt, mix until just incorporated.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celcius. Line a parchment paper on the baking try and scoop the cookies (ard 1 tbsp per cookie) and place it on the tray.
Decorate with the peanut butter chips and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Let it cool slightly before eating! Enjoy🤍
