Eating dessert without compromising health is the new norm. Period.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
40g monk fruit sweetener (Using Lakanto's here)
50g coconut oil
30g milk
70g almond flour 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
3g baking powder
A pinch of salt
50g dark chocolate chunk
Toppings:
crushed walnuts
salted caramel chips (using Hershey's here)
Steps:
Whisk the eggs and add in the monk fruit sweetener. Add in the milk and oil, and mix until combined.
Sift the dried ingredients and fold until incorporated. Add in the dark chocolate chunks and mix until combined. Top it off with some walnut chunks and salted caramel chips.
Preheat the to 180 degrees celcius and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool slightly before slicing and enjoy x
