This recipe will be your saving grace when you need to quickly whip up a cake out of nowhere!
Ingredients:
250g creamcheese, softened in room temperature
50g granulated sugar
50g whipping cream, cold
1 egg
15g cake flour/ corn starch
15g black sesame powder
30g black sesame paste
Steps:
1. Mix the softened cream cheese and the sugar together until dissolved. Add in the egg and whipping cream and mix until smooth.
3. Add in the sesame powder, cake flour and black sesame paste and sieve the cake batter to ensure no large clumps.
4. Bake at 180 degrees celcium for 18-20 minutes and let it cool completely in room temperature to enjoy a soft, warm cake, or place it in the fridge overnight for a more thick and rich cheesecake🤍
