Layered banana bread

This is the perfect recipe if you are tired of regular banana bread🤍


Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, smashed

2 eggs

25g granulated sugar

70g milk

70g coconut oil/ any oil of choice

100g almond flour

40g coconut flour

60g cake flour

(You can swap to 200g cake flour as well!)

3g baking powder

10g unsweetend cocoa powder


Steps:

  1. Smashed the banana and add in the eggs. Whisk until combined and add in the sugar.

  2. Add in the milk and oil and mix until comboned. Sift in the almond, coconut, cake flour and baking powder and use the spatula to fold until just combined.

  3. In another bowl, add in the cocoa powder and half of the plain batter and mix until combined.

  4. In a baking tray, layer the cocoa batter and top it off with some dark chocolate chunks. Then layer with the plain flavour and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake it at 180 degrees for 30 mins and let it cool before slicing! Enjoy🤍🤍
